I would like to see a global Hz setting for HPLF so I can 'change keys' with the loaded scales.
|
OK, I'll add that. Up to now all scale editing has been assumed
to be done in CSE or TPXE, but this feature is simple enough to have in HPLF. |

Sometimes at startup the visual indication of MIDI signal is there but there is no sound output.
Restarting seems to solve the problem.

| Bug | Feb.2011 | Mac |
There is no sound, either from clicking on floating keyboard or playing MIDI. |
This seems to be happening in some (rare) cases when another audio application is running while HPLF boots.
Please boot HPLF with no other software open and see if the problem persists. |
Tweaked 2.0.3 |
| Bug | Jan.2010 | Windows |
It's so slow I can't really use it. |
Confirmed. Development of HPLF for Windows will continue; however,
it has been removed from the downloads page. |

| Bug | Nov.2009 | Mac |
It's crashing when I enter MIDI notes into Logic Pro 9 |
Two things to check: (1) if you are entering notes into Logic using a keyboard,
make sure that in HPLF you have only the External App to HPLF selected in the MIDI routing window;
check both the MIDI routing window and the Preferences window in HPLF. (2) if you are
using the metronome in Logic, make sure it is not sending MIDI to HPLF; the metronome
MIDI port should be turned off. |
