Availability indicates the current selling status of each Hπ product, including *Release Dates for new products, as well as occasional notices that current production may be *Delayed Until an estimated date due to unforeseen circumstances such as temporarily unavailable parts.

*Estimated Lead Time is the currently estimated time it should take to assemble, test and ship a single hardware unit to you. For multiple unit orders, the lead time is multiplied by the number of units.

Unreleased products may be pre-ordered. The transaction takes place normally and the product ships to you at the *Release Date.

All pre-orders are sold at a % discount.

When you place an order, every effort is made to provide prompt and reliable service to you based on currently estimated Release Dates, Lead Times and Delays at the time your order is placed. Because Hπ instruments are made by hand one at a time, these estimations are not strictly binding at the point of sale, but rather are necessary parts of a flexible timeline subject to reasonable change. Your understanding of this need for flexibilty and your patience in the event of any unforseen delay is greatly appreciated.

MGB products are prepared in and shipped from Bulgaria, with standard lead times and discounts varying with quantity. The table at left applies only to standard MGB units; orders for customized units require consultation with MGB to determine pricing and lead time. Orders for more than fifty units must be handled as a customized order. All MGB discounts are rounded to the nearest dollar.
